Scope of Responsibility

Cascade Engineering has an opening for a Front Line Leader. This position will be r

esponsible for quality, cost, and delivery of products produced by the production team for their assigned shift. Provide daily direction and leadership to their team and ensure they can effectively do their jobs. Responsible for KPIs crucial to the success of the shift, including safety, OEE, utilization, scrap, overtime, 6S, continuous improvement, and retention/turnover.  Responsible for their team members' training, coaching, promotion, and development. Also responsible for the enforcement of company policies, handling employee concerns, and issuing discipline in conjunction with their HR partners. Reports to the Plant Manager at the Buursma Plant.
