Accounting Systems Manager Responsibilities:

1. Lead the Infrastructure Accounting team management of its accounting systems, including connection to cross-functional systems feeding into accounting systems.

2. Set the systems agenda for Infra Accounting, including supporting all business initiatives and launches.

3. Create a system vision and leading the accounting efforts on executing that vision.

4. Understand the entire Infrastructure Accounting systems landscape, including upstream purchasing and receiving systems across data center, fiber optic network, server life cycle or connectivity efforts.

5. Build relationships with all of the system engineering teams, and ensure that roadmaps reflect accounting team requirements.

6. Drive accurate and timely month-end close by driving automated solution across all Capex and Leases.

7. Lead and manage implementation of new systems and enhancements for all of global Infra Accounting, including assessing resource needs, coordinating with our Enterprise Engineering partner.

8. Partner with and influence Enterprise Engineering partners in developing a roadmap for future enhancements and changes, with a goal to streamline, automate and transform the financial statement close process.

9. Assist in the assessment of any control exceptions and coordinate closely with Facebook’s internal audit function and independent auditors.

10. Drive efficiency efforts for Infra Accounting including automation and outsourcing efforts.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Information Management, or related field and ten years of work experience in job offered or in a business, consulting, or finance-related occupation. Requires ten years of experience in the following:

12. 1. Redesigning Accounting close reporting analytics and deploying integrated solutions for Quarterly Business Review reports
13. 2. Leading business and technology work streams to implement scalable finance and accounting solutions
14. 3. Architecting Controllership solution in Tableau to automate risk assessment and improve SOX internal controls
15. 4. Deploying RPA enabled analytics solution to automate monthly close reporting improving accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
16. 5. Reviewing accounting systems capabilities to develop business cases and implement Agile solutions
17. 6. Digital finance transformation, product development and growth, effective data analytics, and program management
18. 7. Oracle Financials (including Cloud), Hyperion, Tableau, SQL, Robotics Process Automation (RPA), JIRA, Azure, or Blue Prism.

$261,273/year to $283,800/year + bonus + equity + benefits
