Job Description:

The SC Coordinator creates equipment move schedules for the Pepsi Equipment Services (PES) organization through the fountain move process, including order entry, move order dispatch, and confirmation with the customer. Facilitate the communication between the PES function and the Food Service/Retail sales teams through email, telecommunications, and SIP conference calls. Leads issue resolution for load capacity and lead time management, and support resolution for staffing requirements, equipment availability and CWIP opportunities. The SC Coordinator supports our Pepsi Equipment Services (PES) market managers and location supervisors throughout the North Division, by proactively ensuring all.

Responsibilities

  • Receive move requests, process move data, schedule activities to meet lead time requirements / customer schedules, and align staff to meet scheduling needs
  • Contacting customers to confirm installation requirements, access times, and updating CETS data to deliver alignment of move staff with customer needs ensuring efficient equipment installation
  • Support selling teams through
  • Move order entry / paper or paperless
  • Coordinate schedule to meet lead time goals delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ensure equipment is sourced and prepared for installation day and requirements
  • Communicate schedule to all requestors and support personnel
  • Support SIP meetings
  • Identify capacity gaps, track installation success, resolve failed installs, work with MES to ensure scorecard metric success, and manage aging orders
  • Support the MEISM/MEM/MES by providing sourcing expectations and prioritizing aged equipment
  • Support National Account Installations through prioritization
  • Actively participate in team problem solving to improve customer service and move productivity
  • Accurately maintain all records related to fountain move scheduling activity
  • Use problem solving techniques to improve process execution
  • Develop networks to ensure strong relationships exist between PES and the selling teams

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $39,800 - $63,450 based on a full-time schedule.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree Preferred, not required.
  • 2+ year experience Admin support
  • Detailed knowledge and experience in Microsoft and Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking, strong sense of urgency.
  • Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills. - Sens tivity with confidential information
  • Ability to handle multiple changing priorities simultaneously in sometimes challenging situations, keeping management involved as needed.
  • Demonstrate tact, highest integrity, maturity, professionalism, and respect for other (internal and external)
  • Requires creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Must be strong team player and assist another department as needed
  • Willingness to learn and take on project
