Our precision aerospace client is seeking a Production Manager for their busy Farmingdale Facility. salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Managing daily production (manufacturing) operations

• Plan and release and reschedule jobs to maintain the production schedule

• Work in conjunction with Engineering, Quality, and Purchasing production expediting

• Be present on shop floor to triage issues and assist staff as needed

• Developing and enforcing Key Performance Indicators Mentor, coach, and motivate shop floor staff

• Promote safe work environment and assure employees follow all safety policies

• Planning the use of materials and shop floor staff for quality products

• Ensure timely delivery to customers

The essential functions of this role include:

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
