Description:

Controls Engineering

• Controls Engineering support services to maintenance, operations and small capital project execution for process, packaging and overall plant projects

• Execution of factory continuous improvement projects

• Implementation of controls system upgrades

• PLC/HMI/SCADA support services to factory

• After hours on-call support

• Ensure daily POND (Plan of Next Day) meetings are occurring with contractors to coordinate daily installation activities while effectively communicating to all stakeholders

• Support and drive a culture of safety, communication, teamwork, and accountability

• Support critical look-ahead’s for overall project & sub-projects

• Inspection/Verification

• Installation plans & specifications, contracts, equipment

• Punchlist “Focus” for plant, contractor, engineering

• Document support calls and lessons learned as “service now” support tickets and knowledge based articles

• Experience programming from scratch
