KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive inbound FedEx, USP, DHL, scan into tracking system, deliver and obtain signatures.

• Verify accuracy of all scans and deliveries

• Collect outbound packages and prepare according to set guidelines releasing packages to Fed Ex and couriers.

• Provide excellent customer service, accurately track packages, and respond to customers viaemail.

• Prepare outbound branch mail through courier and FedEx.

• Must be computer literate, detail oriented

• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirement

• Position requires proficiency in Microsoft and PC operational skills.
