Description:

EBNHC is seeking to hire full time Pharmacy Technicians for our growing Pharmacy Department! The Pharmacy Technician is responsible for providing support and assistance to clinical staff in the management of medication ordering and delivery. Communicates among a number of individuals, including patients, co-workers, insurance companies and prescribers. Regular, Temporary, and Temp to hire roles available! Experience with Epic Willow Ambulatory a plus! Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm with evening and weekend rotations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Complies with policies and procedures to ensure patient safety, and protect patient privacy and security

  • Understands and follows applicable Federal and State laws (e.g. HIPPAA), regulations (e.g. OSHA), professional standards, and ethical principles

  • Qualifications and Requirements:

Education & Requirements:

  • High School graduate or GED required.

  • Current valid and unrestricted certification from Pharmacy Technician Certification Board of the Institute for the Certification of Pharmacy Technician.

  • Current valid and unrestricted pharmacy technician license from the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy
