Description/Job Summary
Administrative Assistant 1
Duties:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Assist with event planning and coordination
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support
Coordinate and manage projects as assigned
File, transcribe, and maintain documents and records
Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, and scanning
Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred
