Your responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize embedded system solutions that incorporate NFC technology for various applications, including automotive, IoT, and consumer electronics.

• Collaborate with hardware engineers to define system architecture, select components, and design NFC interfaces, antennas, and power management systems.

• Develop low-level drivers, firmware, and software modules to support NFC functionality on embedded microcontroller platforms.

• Optimize embedded system performance, memory usage, and power consumption for resource-constrained environments.

• Conduct integration testing, validation, and verification of embedded NFC solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.

• Collaborate with software developers to integrate NFC functionality into higher-level application software and ensure seamless operation.

• Troubleshoot issues, analyze system-level performance, and optimize algorithms to enhance NFC communication and functionality.

• Document design specifications, implementation details, and testing procedures in compliance with industry standards and best practices.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in NFC technology, embedded systems development, and industry trends.

Our requirements:

• Embedded programming skills in C, C++, Java

• NFC/RFID protocols, standards and products is preferred

• Experience in development for Android and Embedded Linux Platforms on common SoCs

• Preferably based near Austria (e.g. Romania)
