Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site maintenance and repair services for our industrial equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment at customer sites

• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and determine the best course of action for repair

• Conduct inspections and tests to ensure equipment is functioning properly

• Install, assemble, and disassemble machinery as needed

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions

• Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed
