Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an SAP Data Conversion Lead will lead the data portion of the SAP ERP implementation and the development of the standard data conversion processes for the divisional deployments. This person will create the overall data conversion strategy to streamline and scale the activities required to extract, transform, load, and cleanse the data as it moves from a legacy ERP environment into an SAP S/4 solution. The manager will be responsible for designing and developing the data structure, selecting the tools required, and structuring and organizing the team to create a data conversion process that can support a large deployment of SAP S/4. The ideal candidate will be someone who will be provide the right management, roadmaps while providing the hands on work.

Skills and Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in any field

* 8-10+ years of professional experience in IT with proven leadership experience

* Proven leadership or management experience of a Data Conversion project

* Strong Data conversion and Data Governance experience

* Experienced with data conversion of a legacy system to SAP S4HANA

* Ability to provide roadmaps and management experience * Masters Degree

* Global Experience null
