Responsible for overseeingthefollowing activities: training of all personnel, all daily operations of related departments,Ensureall Compliance Policies are followed, low error rate, and productivity within company standards. Pay Range: $47,700+ per year Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. QUALIFICATIONS Required WorkExperience: Minimum of 8 years laboratory experience with at least 4 years of direct supervisory experience in the clinical or anatomical pathology laboratory.
