    Qualifications

Job Requirements:

High School graduate or equivalent preferred

Valid PA Driver's License

Satisfactory driving record

Job Description:

Assists in planning, scheduling, and completing preventative maintenance and repair work of the building, grounds, and utility systems under direction of the Director of Plant Operations. Rotates on call status with department.

Experience:

Three years of progressive technical maintenance experience

Knowledge:

Must be familiar with plant operation, maintenance and repair of equipment. Must be knowledgeable of blue print reading and equipment specifications, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, utilities, boilers, building safety, and code requirements
