Are you someone looking to advance their career as a maintenance technician? Look no further! We are currently hiring an experienced maintenance technician to join our team in Chesapeake/Suffolk, VA. Someone with knowledge of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic equipment will succeed in this role. Knowledge of PLC systems is a plus. This position pays $60,000 - $70,000/year. Responsibilities

• Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic blueprints, drawings and documentation

• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic maintenance and equipment integration

• Uses knowledge of PLC to perform programming functions as required

• Performs preventive maintenance to maintain equipment within manufacturer specifications

• To work with various Maintenance Team Leaders and Engineers to integrate auxiliary equipment with other machinery and to help in other areas as needed

The essential functions of this role include:
