ManpowerGroup Purchasing Agent Manufacturing in Catoosa, Oklahoma

Join our team as a Purchasing Agent and play a key role in ensuring timely POs are created, orders are entered and savvy agreements are negotiated. All while building vendor relationships, and contributing to efficient procurement solutions. Leverage your communication and analytical skills to enhance our sourcing strategies.

Job Duties:

  • Plan, create, and process timely requisitions and purchase orders for materials.

  • Track orders to ensure on-time deliveries and prevent shortages or delays.

  • Develop strong relationships with key suppliers, evaluating performance based on cost, quality, and service level.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and concerns.

Experience/Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

  • Previous experience in negotiating purchasing agreements.

  • Ability to research and identify prospective suppliers.
