We work with these customers to ensure that their IT infrastructure is, fast, reliable, secure and most importantly working well for their needs.

We are looking for a Solutions Manager - Managed Services to join our team in Casablanca (Boulevard Al Quods).

It's an Individual Contributor position (no direct reports).

We offer a hybrid model of work - 2 days working from home and 3 days at the office.

What You will be doing at Arrow?

Relationship management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for different managed service teams

• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and how to meet them from a managed services perspective.

• Conduct regular meetings to review service performance, address issues, and identify opportunities for service enhancement.

Solution Design and Implementation:

• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to design tailored managed services solutions that meet market requirements.

• Oversee the implementation of managed services projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

• Coordinate the allocated resources to ensure the project milestones are achieved.

Service Delivery Management:

• Monitor the delivery of managed services to ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets.

• Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks that may impact service delivery.

• Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare regular reports on service performance, project status, and financial metrics for internal and client stakeholders.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all managed services projects, including project plans, risk assessments, and post-implementation reviews.

Who are we looking for?

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 5-7 years of experience in managed services, IT solutions, or a related area, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

• Strong understanding of managed services models, IT infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity solutions.

• Fluency in spoken and written English

Preferred additional qualifications:

• Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).

• Experience with ITIL or other service management frameworks.

Skills:

• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to analyse complex problems and develop effective solutions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
