We are currently seeking Maintenance Technicians for various shifts! New employees will receive a sign-on bonus of $1,000! Applicants must be able to work the shifts listed below, with the possibility of overtime. Monday to Friday, with Saturday overtime / Must be willing to work 1 Sunday per month Second Shift: 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM Third Shift: 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM Pay is $27-$35 hourly DOE and level.

Responsibilities

Effectively and safely operates standard maintenance tools such as power tools, basic hand tools and basic electrical testing equipment.

• Perform preventative maintenance work orders ranging from daily needs up to semi-annual PM schedules. Conduct maintenance according to skill level and pursuant to safety policies and procedures.

• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.

• Read and understand mechanical and electrical schematics in English.

• Complete minor troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical related issues without direct supervision. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts; test and make-adjustments.

• Detect, document, repair and/or replace improper machine operation, defective material, and faulty equipment. Report unusual situations to the facility maintenance manager.

• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.

• Follow prescribed safety rules and regulation as well as other departmental policies and procedures. Help to develop proper safety techniques.

• Understand and certify in our LOTO program.

Standard practices in maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical components.

• Extensive knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems.

• Knowledge of PLC's and conveyor systems.

The essential functions of this role include:
