Burlington Sr. Executive Compensation Analyst in Burlington, New Jersey

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our growing Compensation team! You would be responsible for analysis, implementation and the ongoing administration of compensation programs. You would also lead the administration of Equity Compensation Programs for the organization. This role will also provide support on projects and program execution in partnership with the Compensation team.
A Day in the Life:

  • Support Total Rewards philosophy by administering and managing Compensation programs and execution with focus on executive compensation.

  • Provide compensation analyses in support of the HR team, senior leaders, and stakeholders.

  • In partnership with the Compensation team, facilitate the year end Annual Compensation Planning Cycle.

  • Effectively support and manage reporting of executive compensation information for Compensation Committee meetings.

  • Partner with Finance and Legal in providing year end compensation information on select individuals for reporting purposes.

  • Enhance and maintain the operation, administration, and governance of executive compensation programs and work with external vendor to manage the process.

  • Responsible for technology projects involving compensation data and equity processes.

  • Act as central point of contact for all executive total rewards including compensation, benefits and perquisites. This includes working with internal departments as well as external clients in managing and answering all inquiries.

  • Keep informed of trends in compensation and advise as needed on marketplace and regulatory developments.

You’ll Come With:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field CCP or CEP Certification preferred

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of compensation experience, at least two years of familiarity with executive pay practices, including Equity Compensation

  • Experience developing and implementing compensation programs, policies, and procedures preferred

  • Experience with Restricted Stock, Stock Options, PRSU’s and ESPP.

  • Demonstrated quantitative skills, analytical ability, and attention to detail.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills including the ability to effectively work independently and manage competing priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
