Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers in the CMP Shift operation, ensuring flawless execution of daily production schedules.

  • Collaborate with teams from different departments to identify and implement process improvements that enhance yield, quality, and efficiency.

  • Strictly adhere to all safety, quality, and environmental regulations and guidelines.

  • Successfully implement and maintain process control systems to optimize CMP processes.

  • Compete in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Proven experience in CMP process engineering, with a deep understanding of CMP equipment and processes.

  • Proficient problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively address and resolve technical challenges.

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
