Our client, a leading construction company based in Burnsville, Minnesota, is actively seeking a dynamic and personable Customer Service Representative to join their exceptional team.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, concerns, and requests related to our client's construction services.

• Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to clients, empathizing with their needs, and ensuring timely and effective resolutions to their inquiries.

• Collaborate closely with various departments, including project managers, field staff, and sales teams, to ensure seamless communication and smooth project execution.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our client's CRM system.

• Educate clients about the construction services, product offerings, and any relevant updates or promotions.

• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and recommend process improvements to the management team.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the construction industry. However, candidates with a strong customer service background from related sectors will also be considered.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly and concisely.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with a positive and customer-focused approach.

• Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software or a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.

• A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and roles.
