Looking for a signage coordinator to provide support to the experience team. The Signage Coordinator will help coordinate projects with the experience team to enhance and ease the overall headliner experience. This position will report directly to the Senior Director Festival Experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES • Coordinate vendor communication • Coordinate vendor advance work • Coordinate internal vendor communication- Festival F&B, Merchandise, Free Water, Medical, Info, Site Operations • Source multiple vendor bids for printing & signage needs • Create signage installation schedule • Work closely with Senior Experience Director & Lead Experience Architect to create overall signage & wayfinding deployment plan • Create overall Festival Signage & wayfinding deployment grid • Supervise onsite Installation/Show Call/Strike • Miscellaneous tasks and projects specified by Director

QUALIFICATIONS • Festival and operations experience is a plus • Ingress and Egress knowledge in high volume is a plus • Directional knowledge a plus • 10+ years industry related work preferred
