Pursuit and Transition Support Manager

Organization Introduction:

In this position, you will be a part of the SSC Global Services Delivery Solutions & Sustainability Solutions team, whose mission is to develop scalable capabilities and solutions to support the HPWS portfolio. Our primary goal is to maintain global consistency in service transition and delivery, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while upholding financial excellence. Job Overview:

As a Pursuit and Transition Support Manager, you will take charge of designing deals from the SSC perspective and ensure a seamless transition into operations. Your responsibilities include analyzing customer requirements, designing a solution that fits customer needs by collaborating with stakeholders, and implementing process enhancements to support deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage end-to-end deals from SSC perspective. From initial engagement until transition to operations, including material flows, financial flows, and costing.

  • Analyze customer requirements, identify necessary capabilities, and recommend new implementations and enhancements to be made to support the deal.

  • Collaborate with SSC stakeholders to improve or enable processes for deal support.

  • Manage pre-sales activities, such as Proof of Concepts (POC), to showcase service value.

  • Provide regular updates on deal progress to pursuit leads and key stakeholders.

  • Proactively identifies areas for cost efficiency and win rate improvement.

  • Oversee deal enablement activities until handover to operations.

  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to leverage solutions from other HP businesses.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Business Management, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.

  • 8-10 years of experience in Services Supply Chain, Customer Support, and/or Services Delivery Businesses.

  • PMP, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
