Summary of Role: The travel and expense operations administrator is a pivotal role designed to provide strategic support and operational oversight across all travel and expense activities . This individual will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of T&E operations, delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders , and driving cost efficiencies and compliance across the region .

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage day to day operations of the travel, card, and expense program

  • Work closely with the expense auditing team to ensure T&E auditing and payments are delivered in line with agreed processes and SLA’s.

  • Deliver timely reporting of travel, expense and card metrics and spend

  • Enforcement of policy and procedures for global corporate travel

  • Manage Concur travel administration including expense reports for audited for policy adherence, receipt review and coordinate roll-out /implementation of Concur Cloud

  • Responsible for global credit card administration including late payment review, new/ terminated employee accounts and monitor global rebate

  • Work independently to prioritize and successfully complete multiple tasks with competing deadlines

  • Maintaining positive and trusted relationships with customers, stakeholders, and external clients.

    Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.

    Required Qualifications:

  • Education - B achelor’s degree with 5+ years' experience or equivalent business experience of at least 1 0+ years in Travel & Expenses

  • Experience with expense management software such as Concur

  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software such as SAP, Ariba, Etc.

  • Experience with the design and implementations and integrations of corporate travel and expense programs

  • Strong knowledge of industry leading travel and expense systems ( e.g. legacy travel agencies as well as new technologies as Spotnana , Navan, Brex

  • Experience with managing corporate travel & expense programs

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Products.

  • Project management skills - i.e., the ability to innovate and execute solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.

  • Able to communicate effectively (written and verbal) at all levels to resolve issues .

  • Strong planning & organizational skills.

  • Capable of quickly comprehending new information and technologies.

Expected Salary Range

$82,300.00 - $146,300.00

The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
