Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.Manage the relationship between the leadership team and community stakeholders.Create and maintain project documentation.Work with City departments to identify, assess, and communicate climate data needs to university stakeholders.Work alongside the Office of Resilience and Office of Sustainability Teams to ensure project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are aligned with university stakeholders.Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including nonprofit organizations, community-based organizations, foundations, advocacy groups, and residents.Regularly seek out innovative and best practices in climate data research and related fields and incorporate them into CoLab planning, programs and initiatives.Representing the CoLab to external stakeholder groups and in public forums, public presentations, articles, etc.Support community engagement efforts and lead focused discussions that inform climate research.
