Description

• Provide tier II request fulfillment and incident resolution
• Establish, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
• Maintain VDI environment and maintain virtualization environment
• Ensure ongoing compliance with security controls
• Monitor SCRAaaS environment to include availability, performance, and utilization of systems resources
• Implement backup plan and ensure backup and restore functions; test
• Provide 12 hours/day, 5 days/week support of the systems operating environment, with on call availability after hours (1800-0600) and weekend
• Plan and implement systems automation as required for better efficiency
• Provide EUD key management Collaborate with third-party support and service vendors as necessary

Required

• Bachelor's Degree in technical or related field and a minimum of ten (10) years of experience.
• Must have active SECRET security clearance
• Demonstrated capacity to understand and communicate technical ideas, concepts, and thoughts across multiple technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to independently determine and develop approach to solutions

Desired

• Experience providing Tier 2 Support to technical systems
• Working knowledge of CSFC technologies and methodologies
• Current experience in the Army's classified and unclassified distributed work environment architectures and systems
• Experience working in and supporting an Operations Center
• Technical Certifications: MCSE and/or CCIE
• DOD IAT Level Required: IAT III
