This position will be responsible to manage supply chain’s activity in product lifecycle processes and responsible for accurate data collection, data management, tracking, reporting and continuous process improvement. The analyst will work closely to support New Product Development, NPD, with leaders PMO, brand marketing, R&D, sourcing, data team and supply chain to support on time launch. A strong understanding of planning system, manufacturing, and supply constraints to collaborate requirement is important in the success of this role. The analyst will ensure alignment from new product development lifecycle on exit sku to drive the discussion on minimizing excess and obsolete exposure and be able to follow through on the impact on sku rationalization for the business.

Specific Responsibilities

· Support new product development cross functional team to analyze and connect supply chain key critical timeline until launch phase by collaborating with supply chain execution team (demand and supply planners) including capacity analysis.

· Hold monthly NPD forecast alignment meeting to focus on NPD execution for Demand Planning and Supply planning and identify risk to collaborate with PMO/Brand for mitigation plan if arises.

· Understanding general planning SAP APO & ECC. Master data includes lot sizing, MOQ, safety stock, rounding values, Planned Delivery Time, etc.

· Lead SKU rationalization execution activity from supply chain including collaboration with planner on E&O exposure, and system execution.

· Supports product lifecycle team in executing sku rationalization activity / tasks, including scrap analysis, approval, and tracking.

· Responsible for identifying inconsistent planning parameters control on discontinued (status 50) sku as part of sku optimization end of life data integrity.

· Participate and contribute to PRM S&OP meeting for content related to New Product Development 18 months horizon and Sku rationalization progress.

· Mange sku quadrant walk to ensure clarity of the portfolio sku estimate against budget at year end.

Required Competencies

Experience:

· 2+ years of Supply Chain experience (Supply Planning, Materials Planning, Production Planning, Demand Planning and Fulfillment)

· 1+ years of capacity constrained supply planning and advanced planning systems

· 1+ years of Distribution Requirements Planning, Master Scheduling and MPS Methodologies and Techniques

· 1+ years of procurement planning and manufacturing industry experience.

Education & Training:

· Bachelor’s degree of Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent undergraduate degree, with related work experience

· Inventory management and optimization.

· Training (or equivalent prior experience) with supply planning tools like SAP APO-SNP, SAP IBP, Oracle, or equivalent constrained based supply planning tools

· Supply Chain Performance Management/Metrics

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong MS-Excel skills

· Ability to understand the dynamics of the business – both commercially and operationally

· Understands the “why” and the business impact of commercial forecast drivers

· Ability to work with large datasets and develop diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics models

· Ability to influence decisions and translate business impact to stakeholders across different organizational functions well beyond the supply chain

· Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and a passion for improving processes

· Ability to collaborate effectively with and manage execution across multiple teams

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities at once
