JOB REQUIREMENTS: Fulfillment Lead 2nd Shift - 8317 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Starting Rate: \$19 plus \$1/hour additional 2nd shift differential. Base Hours: 2nd shift, Evenings, 3pm-11pm, overtime as needed. Location: N9234 Lake Park Road, Appleton WI 54915 Additional incentives: * \$100 safety shoe reimbursement * Cross training As our Warehouse Fulfillment Lead, you will: * Train and perform safety walk-thru with new staff * Assist with shift check-ins * Lead employees through the flow of the department job tasks * Providing employees with direction and ensure even distribution of workload; following up on employee\'s questions; * Communicate with the Coordinator and Supervisor on issues and questions that need to be further worked on. * The position will also pick and pack customer\'s orders, use the voice pick system, work in Quality Control when needed, train to and operator walkie-rider or forklift as needed, No experience necessary!
