Job Description
Danfoss is looking for an experienced Line Quality Engineer to join our team. You will be expected to excel in a fast pace, growing company and thrive in a culture of continuous improvement. You will need to have outstanding interpersonal communication skills to deal with customers, co-workers and suppliers.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Support and control that the QMS process is executed in accordance with QMS process including conducting of audits where applicable
Act as a facilitator to make sure quality tools is used in all relevant manufacturing processes and that the tools are used in the right way
Secure that the quality control points are established and maintained in the factory and executed according to the control plan
Control that needed quality documentation is developed and implemented before product and process changes are released (Change Control M5)
Control that product audits are planned and executed according to the plan and that corrective and preventive actions is made in case of nonconformities (8D)
Support and control that containment, corrective and preventive actions are implemented, verified and validated (8D)
Control that the waivers and concession approval process on parts, products and manufacturing process are correctly executed.
Participate in the Continuous Improvement process to support the execution of improvement projects in line with the quality plan (Quality One Pagers)

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering is required.
2-3 years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
Self driven, independent and positive learning attitude
Good analytical and problem solving skills. Be familiar with problem solving tools such as 8Ds, FTA, etc.
Ability to do process audit according to Control plan, and upgrade the control plan itself
