Description
Responsibilities :
Supports the automotive district day to day operations
Coordinates schedules to accommodate multiple locations
Provides outstanding customer service and maintains a continuous focus on customer service
Builds and maintains close relationships and coordination with plant management to quickly resolve issues and other related opportunities
Through implementation and execution of company safety initiatives, create an environment where safety is a primary concern
Supports Route Sales Representatives as needed
Supports Territory Managers with AR collections and service issues that may arise
Conducts sizing of new employees as needed
Conducts In/Out counts when asked by Plant Management
Drives and supports all Market Center initiatives
Performs other duties as required or assigned by management
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Minimum of 1-2 years of service industry experience ideal
Solid math and computer skills including working knowledge of MS Office software
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
Ability to provide a high-quality service within a fast-paced and physically challenging environment
