Pay: – $103,000 - $147,000 The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary

  • The Sr. Director Service & Aftermarket Solutions objective is to lead the service team to meet contractual requirements along with developing service strategies and deployment to meet market growth and technology enhancements.

  • Primary duties and responsibilities also involve working with the sales team throughout the sales engagement with the customer, to putting together project plans, coordinating on-site work, and ensuring the projects come in on time and on budget.

  • The service side of the role is to manage the National and Regional Service Managers that deliver our preventative maintenance delivery for contract customers that includes everything from monthly PM completion to driving revenue through spot projects.

  • This role is also responsible for all required safety activities.

  • The selected candidate will be key to the operational and financial health of the service business.

Essential Duties

  • Develop and drive critical operational function and tools to increase service efficiency.

  • Develop and foster existing and future relationships with key stake holders to include internal and external resources.

  • Accountable for the financial results (revenue and gross margin) of the Project and Service teams.

  • Owns the process execution of all Operational functions at the branch level including monthly/quarterly reviews as well as tracking and reporting key metrics.

  • Leads the project and service contract review process for the business unit to ensure compliance to standard practices and contractual requirements.

  • Review and develop Service Base growth and retention strategies for eMobility.

  • Reviews business unit’s Operational org structures/staffing to ensure teams can execute existing and future work effectively.

  • Drive recruitment and hiring of key operations personnel for the Service teams and Recruitment/HR teams.

  • Ensures service teams are effectively billing contracts and projects as well as driving monthly cash collections.

  • Works with key external and internal customers to establish relationships that result in better business outcomes.

  • Ensures that quality standards are assigned, measured, and met.

  • Drives a culture of safety following required safety activities.

  • Responsible to manage several workflows simultaneously.

  • Responsible to drive decisions across multiple groups across the entire team (inside and outside of operations).

  • Flexibility to work outside normal work hours/weekends, as required.*Job duties may be modified at any time

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or technical school or 10 years related experience.

  • Minimum of five (5) years project and/or service management experience in HVAC and Bundled Energy Solutions (Energy Saving Performance Contacts).

  • Experience in managing a Service business.

  • Proven experience managing Projects and Service personnel

  • Experience in complex projects involving multiple subcontractors with multiple month schedules.

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret plans, specifications, contract documents, control drawings, service bulletins, technical procedure manuals, equipment specifications, and governmental regulations.

  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals, effectively present information, and respond to questions from top management, customers, and service personnel.

  • Must have working knowledge of office equipment and Microsoft Office products to include but not limited to Microsoft Projects, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Familiarity with the operation of Energy Management Systems, Electrical Power Systems and Electric Vehicle Charging.
