Job Description

Overview This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by certifying pallet inventory in a fast-paced warehouse operation.

Responsibilities * Keep accurate records of certified loads transported out of the facility for DSD delivery * Provide coaching and counseling to Pickers on Pallet building practices * Provide feedback to Product Availability Supervisor (PAS) on workflow, loading issues and developmental opportunities of Pickers and Loaders * Track each load accurately * Accurately count all pallets * Maintain pace of pallet configuration * Ensure that in line adjustments are made and used for all pallets * Identify priorities and coordinate resources * Assess and enhance skill set of Pickers * Recommend process improvements * Coordinate Picker and Loader team

Compensation and Benefits: * Working shift: Mid Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 11am-1pm. with some weekends. * The expected compensation range for this position is between $33,300 - $53,150 per year based on a full-time schedule. * Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary. * Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. * In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.

Qualifications Basic Job Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED

Preferred Job Qualifications: * Bachelors degree * Experience working a flexible schedule including early mornings, late night and/or weekends
