Essential duties and responsibilities include, however are not limited to: Production lead may fill in for supervisor during their absence Create daily plan for team responsibilities Knowledgeable and capable of the speed and efficiency necessary to complete all work in a timely manner Lead person will direct activities and train other departmental employees, as well as assist with new hires Possess full knowledge and hands-on skill to perform all work within the assigned department Ensure all parts are assembled in compliance with quality standards Contributes to 6S process (Sort, Shine, Straighten, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) Complies with EHS policies All other duties as assigned
