Position:         Senior Operations Systems Analyst

Duties: Draw on experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS), SQL, MS Excel Horizontal Lookups and Pivot, Microsoft Power BI tool, Access, VBA, IBM Congos and RF devise to analyze need, configure systems, test and implement solutions. Identify requirements, develop and implement analytical tools that identify areas for improving service levels, reducing costs, and enhancing operations. Conduct tests on orders delivered by various logistic providers to develop optimal transportation model for cost cutting. Develop automated hourly update reports showing values related to orders dropped, completed, uncompleted, manifested, and replenishment of inventory. Mine data by running SQL queries and consolidate in Excel through Lookups and Pivot tables. Build to automate processes, optimize service levels, reduce costs and enhance operations. May be assigned to unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

Requirements: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Industrial Engineering or related field plus 3 years of experience with demonstrable ability in the skills set described above. Alternatively, the employer will accept Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Industrial Engineering or related field plus 5 years of experience with demonstrable ability in the skills set described above.
