KBR's Readiness and Sustainment division is the Team Behind the Mission®. We deliver mission critical services to the U.S. military and coalition partners around the world. Our key capabilities include base operations; contingency and expeditionary support; next generation asset management; digitally-focused logistics; prepositioned stock; and integrated supply chain management. Our Business Development group at R&S is decisively expanding and pursuing opportunities in both traditional and non-traditional arenas for KBR.

Job Summary

What You'll Do: As our Senior Capture Manager, you'll be at the forefront of identifying, researching, and analyzing business opportunities aligned with our long-range and strategic plans in the Federal Civil space. You'll cultivate relationships with existing clients while forging new connections, often at the General Manager level. From developing marketing strategies to overseeing budgets, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our business forward. We are seeking an engaged leader who is passionate, versatile, and willing to go the extra mile to work capture opportunities from start to finish.

Basic Qualifications

  • Over 10 years' experience in operations and Business Development, especially supporting Federal clients

  • Demonstrated track record of successful customer engagement within Federal and Civilian areas

  • Proven experience with Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), The Office of Emergency Management and Medical Operations

  • Experience navigating both Health and Human Services (HHS) and Division of Field Operations and Response (DFOR) environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Secret Clearance or ability to obtain

  • Degree from accredited university

  • Active participation in industry associations

  • Shipley trained
