CACI is seeking a GFE/GFI Analyst to support our PEO Aircraft Carrier project located in Washington DC

What You’ll Get to Do:

As the PEO Aircraft Carriers Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) / Government Furnished Information (GFI) Analyst for CVN 78 class aircraft carriers and follow, the candidate shall:

  • Provide comprehensive analytical support and communicate findings to the various program GFE Portfolio Managers.

  • Assist Participating Acquisition Resource Managers (PARMs) to identify and resolve risks or issues related to GFE/GFI.

  • Provide comprehensive analytical assistance for a wide variety of GFE and GFI documentation, Cost Estimates (7300s), Requirement spreadsheets, GFE Delivery Trackers, Ship Planning Documents (SPD) and be able to communicate such findings/discrepancies and/or opportunities to the Government.

  • Provide analysis to develop and maintain with accuracy GFE/GFI management metrics to include documents such as the Summary Sheet, Withhold Strategy, Delivery File and various other supporting documentation.

  • Prepare agendas for, facilitate the execution of, and document proceedings of PARM review, meetings, conferences, and summits, as required.

  • Assist in the management of the GFE/GFI Enhanced Management System (GEMS) database as required.

  • Work closely with the PARMs, NAVSEA 05V, SPAWAR representatives, ISEAs, and other government/contract team players.

  • Coordinate all necessary acquisition functions to meet delivery dates in support of construction milestones for CVN 78 class aircraft carriers.

  • Participate in the Contract Change Process (Proposed Change Board (PCB) and Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings) and support the development of contract changes/Headquarter Modification Requests (HMRs) as necessary.

  • Track all GFE/GFI related contract changes (HMRs).

More About the Role:

  • Interface with Participating Acquisition Resource Managers (PARMs) to identify and resolve any financial risks or issues related to the delivery of GFE/ GFI in accordance with contract requirements.

  • Develop, update, and archive as required a wide variety of GFE/GFI documentation, to include Schedules A, B, and/or C; Ship Planning Documents (SPD); bi-lateral Program Manager (PM-to-PM) agreements; and related documents.

  • Assist in the evaluation of funding requests and cost estimates provided PARMs on “7300” forms.

  • Develop and maintain GFE/GFI financial metrics.

  • Prepare agendas for, facilitate the execution of, and document proceedings of PARM program (IWS, C4I, NAVAIR, and Other) reviews.

  • Provide support for the management of the GFE/GFI Enhanced Management System (GEMS) database as required.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or Technical field equivalent + 8 years related experience, or MA + 5 years related experience.

  • Active Secret Clearance

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Must have good written communication, interpersonal, problem solving, analytical, detail-oriented, and mathematical and organization skills.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • NAVSEA PEO Aircraft Carriers experience (desired)

  • Prior NAVSEA GFE/GFI experience (desired)

  • Knowledge of Government Furnished Material & Government Furnished Equipment (GFM/GFE) (desired)

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (desired)

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$71,500 - $150,200
