Job Description

• Assist process failure mode and effect analysis and update it actively

协助制造过程失效模式和后果分析并动态更新。

•Charge control plan development/update based on PFMEA

根据制造过程失效模式和分析，负责开发控制计划并动态更新。

•Lead root cause analysis for simple product/process failure and quality issues and sponsor/participate the corrective/preventive actions；follow and report it till closed

主导简单的产品/过程失效和质量问题的根本原因分析, 并发起和参与制定纠正和预防措施。并跟踪报告其关闭情况。

• Find opportunity for improvement via collecting and analyzing process/product data and study variation, and make quality improvement project

• Miantain KPC and KCC list

维护关键产品特性和关键控制特性清单

• Assist QA manager to handle with customer complaints and supplier quality issues

协助经理处理客诉和供应商质量问题。

• Apply DOE trials to support quality standard setup or product/process improvement/change

实施质量试验以支持质量标准的制定，或者支持产品和质量过程的改善和变更。

• Do some internal quality training for employees

• Plan and implement QIPs
