Job Title - Service Process Administrator
Location – Stevenage, Flexibility available

Your role
We are looking for a Service process Administrator to join our team in Stevenage and provide a first class service to the customer.
Your role will involve providing a 2 nd line support function, triaging incidents and liaising with other resolver groups and the Service Management team to progress to resolution and closure.
Processing operational business changes requests, opening and closing branches etc within agreed timescales.
Raising transaction reconciliation issues for investigation internally and if required providing relevant information to the customer for processing.
Providing reporting for both internal and external teams
You will be someone who takes ownership for issues and looks for trending for overall resolution
Your experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent administrative skills
Customer services experience
Ability to work well in a team and independently
