We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our hardworking and dedicated accounting team in Vancouver, WA!

Job Summary:

This skilled individual will perform a variety of tasks related to accounts receivable with focus on SBT (Scanned Based Trading) such as performing research and analytics to resolve discrepancies. Work closely with internal customers, customer portals and invoicing systems to ensure proper account balances, timely payment and accurate pricing.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile, maintain, and monitor customer accounts. Review for accuracy, work to resolve any discrepancies with the customer and/or various departments
  • Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data.
  • Work closely with Account Executives in regard to maintaining synchronized authorizations, pricing, and promotions with our customers.
  • Facilitate the process of converting customers to SBT as needed.
  • Validate on hands has accurate numbers and correct discrepancies for period close.
  • Validate scan sales for accuracy.
  • Daily reconciliation of electronic sales data from external customers.
  • Daily communication with internal and external customers via phone, mail, email.
  • Ability to work across multiple internal and external vendor systems
  • Managing daily/weekly/monthly aging for assigned accounts
  • Communicate and concisely explain any slow moving accounts or open items to AR Supervisor
  • Engage management in any AR issues that arise
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

1-2 years of Accounts Receivable experience required

Successful in dealing with customer and company personnel at all levels
