Position Description

Reporting to the Finance Manager, this dynamic individual will be responsible for financial analysis as well as sales and margin reporting related to the Milwaukee business. This position will ensure timely and reliable reporting is available to support the rapid growth of the Milwaukee business. This role will require interaction with all areas and levels within the Milwaukee organization including Sales, Marketing and Operations.

What You Will Do

  • Maintain record of customer Vendor Buying Agreements (VBA), validate proposed changes against Milwaukee program offerings. Request ERP/CRM updates as needed.

  • Prepare Co-op & VR files and credits based on VBAs, plus related reporting and validation.

  • Liaise between finance, sales, and marketing with regards to customer deductions/credits, sales and margin.

  • Monthly and yearly accruals

  • Weekly sales submissions and commentary

  • Sales and Margin updates and analysis

  • Annual duties related to budgeting

  • Maintain or update templates, presentations, etc.

  • Ad hoc reporting or analysis as required

  • Minimal travel required

What You Will Bring

  • Post-Secondary education in accounting or related field

  • 3+ years’ experience in Accounting/Finance or related field

  • CPA certification (or near completion)

  • Clear and concise communication skills

  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Power BI

  • Familiarity with SAP, MS Dynamics and Adaptive Planning is an asset

  • Collaborative approach with team first attitude

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Sense of urgency and ability to meet tight deadlines

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Demonstrates a strong personal capacity for learning
