HP Inc. Vice President, Hybrid Procurement in Taipei, Taiwan

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to join our company as the Vice President, Procurement. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing the overall supply chain strategy aligned with our business objectives. They will also provide strategic leadership in optimizing end-to-end supply chain processes and managing our procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the overall supply chain strategy in line with business objectives.

Provide strategic leadership in optimizing end-to-end supply chain processes.

Lead and manage the Poly, Hyper X, Peripheral, Display Procurement, and Poly Buyer teams.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.

Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and conditions.

Sourcing strategy: develop sourcing strategy that align with the organization's overall objectives, ensuring a resilient and efficient supply chain.

Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop effective mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 15 years of experience in procurement, with at least 10 years of experience in a leadership role.

Proven track record in developing and executing successful supply chain strategies.

Strong knowledge of sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiations

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Highly analytical with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
