Amazon is in search of a dynamic and customer-centric Learning Business Partner (LBP) with a track record of driving business outcomes and fostering strategic partnerships to enhance our Operations learning initiatives within the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. As a key member of the Global Operations Learning and Development (GOLD) team, the LBP will play a pivotal role in shaping the leadership development landscape across the region through innovative business partnering.

You will collaborate closely with operational stakeholders worldwide to strategically plan and execute learning events, programs, and initiatives tailored to the specific needs of both new and existing buildings. You will nurture effective relationships with stakeholders in World Wide Operations, support functions, and external vendors, all aimed at delivering on our customer.

With proven experience within the Leadership Development space, the Learning Business Partner will be required to leverage this experience in order to support countries in managing their needs assessment and thinking big to provide innovative approaches for customers.

You are someone that motivate others to action, has proven capabilities in managing projects and demonstrates the ability to effectively manage, often competing, priorities. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for customer experience, a high level of flexibility, commitment, and the ability to focus on continuous improvement.

Key job responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to understand their learning needs and devise targeted solutions driving business impact, informed by insights into learners' goals, challenges, and preferences.

• Use data-driven approaches to design and implement learning solutions aligned with business objectives, utilizing various delivery methods for optimal outcomes.

• Analyze business data for actionable insights, communicating findings effectively through reports to contribute to regional business reviews and strategic planning.

• Identify and align individual leadership development plans, build a catalogue of learning content according to business needs and facilitate delivery and completion of training.

• Provide coaching and feedback to leaders on leadership development, addressing skills gaps to foster effective management practices.

• Take full ownership of associate and leader training programs within the GOLD framework, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Support and execute Launch Learning activities for new buildings.

Basic Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience partnering with operational stakeholders

• 2+ years of leadership development experience.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information, verbally and in writing, concisely and in a manner which drives people to take action.

• Demonstrated ability to influence others and execute in a customer-centric manner.

• Experience planning and coordinating training, large meetings or events.

• Experience with Outlook, MS Excel, Word and Learning Management Systems.

• Ability to handle multiple projects, often with conflicting deadlines.

• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

• Strong Verbal and Writing communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field such as business, education, organizational development, etc.

• Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills; accuracy is essential.

• Experience with SharePoint

• Experience designing or developing learning solutions

• Work experience with career progression in the field of training and development.

• Learning facilitation experience
