Job Summary:

The Intern will be part of Engineering team to support projects, and/or day-to day production support in-term of Cleaning, Inspection and Repair process and will be exposed to project management, hands on engineering process and procedures as well as real-work environment within an MRO facility.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Support for New Process Introduction project as part of GE Aerospace Malaysia improvement initiative.

• Learn about aviation industry related process, i.e; Cleaning, Inspection, Repair & Project management.

• Updating SOPs (Standard Operation Procedure, Processes Documents, Project timeline, etc.

• Liaise with vendors and internal support for developing tools/fixture for project and process improvement initiatives with guidance of supervisor.

• Support project manager and senior team member in managing the New Process Introduction (NPI) projects.

• Perform hands on engineering process and procedures.

Qualification/Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering field related to Aerospace, Manufacturing or Mechanical.
