Join our team as a People & Organisation (HR) Advisor and become an integral part of driving transformative initiatives not only within Siemens but also beyond. In this pivotal role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor and coach to managers and employees, providing expert guidance on a wide range of topics, programs, and policies. Your responsibilities will include meticulous monitoring of data management requirements at the local level. You'll make an impact by:

  • Strategic HR Support: You'll identify needs and help develop HR initiatives that align with company goals.

  • HR Expertise: You'll guide managers through HR processes (Support HR inquiries involving contract-related matters, facilitate access to on-demand P&O solutions for managers and employees), answer complex questions, and empower them to use HR resources.

  • Data-Driven Decisions: You'll use data analysis to understand people-related trends and support informed business choices.

  • HR Compliance: You'll collaborate with the H2R (Hire-to-Retire) team to ensure HR data management follows regulations and company policies.

  • Project Management: You'll assist with implementing HR activities, projects, and initiatives as directed by HR Business Partners.

You’d describe yourself as:

  • Education : 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR or a similar function within a large organization.

  • Communication : Strong English communication skills to collaborate effectively with global teams.

  • HR Skills/Knowledge : Hands-on experience with major HR systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday etc.); Deep understanding of local labor laws and HR processes.

  • Stakeholder Engagement : Excellent customer focus and problem-solving skills with a proactive and compliant approach.

  • Personal attributes : Strong analytical skills and a growth mindset with ownership, resilience, and a collaborative spirit.
