Identity Governance Management Specialist (Sailpoint)
As a Identity Governance Management Specialist you will be member of the global IT Team Enterprise Processes on a corporate level, located in Sant Cugat del Vallés (Barcelona, Spain)
Tasks and responsibilities
Maintenance and support of the functional client/server application based on Sailpoint Identity Governance & Microsoft SQL Server
Development of new capabilities and interfaces
Improving and optimizing the global IT system landscape
Participation in global projects
Root cause analysis and fixing of problems.
Continuous improvement of our services
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or comparable professional experience
Excellent organizational and analytical, results oriented, good communication, teamwork and collaboration skills
Multiple years of in deep experience in Identity Governance , especially Sailpoint
Multiple years of in deep experience in Java, Scripting and development technologies
Experience in DevOps
Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, …)
Experience in leading projects / external partners
International Exposure in daily tasks
Fluent English in reading, writing and speaking
Nice to have:
Pharma industry knowledge is a plus
Knowledge on ITIL processes
Experience in Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems
Experience in Service Management Tools like ServiceNow
Experience working in a virtual, international and multicultural environment.
