The team is hiring a contract marketer to support product and growth marketing initiatives. This role is a combination of project management, channel management, and content production.

Core responsibilities:

• Marketing Campaign Execution: Execute comprehensive marketing strategies (using Paid and Owned & Operated channels) to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive alignment across cross-functional marketing teams (including CRM, Performance, Social, Design, and Legal) to execute impactful initiatives.

• Meaningful Content Creation: Develop and implement a cohesive content strategy, create engaging content, and stay updated on industry trends to ensure impactful communication across diverse channels.

• Performance Analytics and Optimization: Utilize data-driven insights to assess the performance of marketing campaigns, conduct A/B testing, and optimize strategies for maximum impact. Regularly report on key performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate is:

• Passionate about crypto and the onchain economy; you love to trade, send, swap, collect, and get involved with different crypto-forward communities

• Results-oriented and solution-focused with a problem-solving attitude

• Able to effectively coordinate between cross functional stakeholders

• Able to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the fintech, crypto or technology industry, with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies (from paid to owned & operated channels). Experience marketing subscriptions is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data insights to inform decision-making. Proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms (Amplitude, Looker, Superset) to measure campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies.
