Description We are seeking a Data Warehouse Analyst to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. The role primarily involves managing and analyzing HR data, developing custom reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as IT, HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure consistency in processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Creating ad hoc reports and dashboards as required

• Ensuring the quality of HR data across various systems

• Conducting analytical analysis of human resource data

• Producing custom reports for both internal and external stakeholders

• Maintenance of mandatory Union reports

• Producing annual compliance reports and conducting testing

• Collaborating with cross-team stewards such as IT, HR, Finance and Operations teams to ensure consistency in process and procedures

• Conducting thorough testing and validation of reports and dashboards to ensure data accuracy and quality

• Developing efficiencies and streamlining processes for data quality reporting

• Staying current with the latest application updates, industry trends and best practices in reporting and human resources

• Utilizing SQL Programming, Python, Microsoft Power BI, and Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and modeling. Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Warehouse Analyst or in a similar role

• Proven expertise in Database Management and Data Analysis

• Proficiency in Data Modeling and Data Warehousing

• Deep understanding of SQL Programming is required

• Experience with Python programming language is desirable

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI is a plus

• Experience in conducting AB Testing

• Knowledge of Financial Forecasting is advantageous

• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
