401(k) – You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre-tax and/or Roth contributions, dollar for dollar, for the first 3%. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintains and repairs the facility's structure, equipment and grounds including plumbing, electrical,

• HVAC, business equipment, appliances and any other building systems deemed necessary.

• Performs skilled trades work such as general carpentry, painting, repair or alteration of walls, rooftops, office fixtures and appliances.

• Work with responsible personnel for the installation or repair of mechanical and electrical systems required in the production process

• Makes periodic and special inspections of the premises to determine repair work necessary to maintain the integrity and safety of the buildings.

• Works from blueprints, drawings, or rough sketches.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Customer Service Experience

• 1 year of similar work experience

• A skilled understanding of the use of specialized tools and test equipment.

• General understanding of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing concepts.

• Ability to use a computer and digital information tools such as productivity software, e-mail, and databases.

• Skilled verbal and written professional business communications skills.
