The Associate Director for Student Leadership & Involvement serves as an integral part of the professional staff within Student Leadership & Involvement, working directly with 500+ student organizations. They serve as a professional advisor who is responsible for advising, training, and maintaining the Recognized Student Organizations (RSO) community.As the Associate Director, this position provides regular student advisement to Recognized Student Organization student leaders. This position works closely with student organization leaders and members, advisors, and campus departments to create transformative leadership opportunities that result in effective and efficient, fiscally sound programs and services.This position will supervise one or more Graduate Assistants. The role will also play a critical part in the expansion of the Campus Connect platform across Student Affairs as a whole. The incumbent will report to the Associate Dean for Student Engagement & Leadership.
