Job Description

  • This position keeps standardization and manufacturing processes at the levels required to meet production demand.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead expert in manufacturing packaging processes and machinery.

  • Standardization of machinery.

  • Continuous improvement in machinery and processes.

  • Production support.

  • Leads the engineering and technical initiatives to tackle the opportunities in safety, quality, delivery, cost areas.

  • Responsible for production platforms.

  • Build procedures and visual aids.

  • Engineering changes and Installation of equipment.

  • Contact with suppliers and contractors.

  • Improvement projects.

  • Build and update reports and metrics.

  • Mapping and standardization of the critical parameters of equipment.

  • Multi-functional and cross-site knowledge sharing.

  • Cooperation with all local and global departments.

Are you up for the challenge?

  • +3 years in Engineering.

  • Microsoft Office, Auto CAD, Minitab.

  • Six sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus.

  • Lean Manufacturing knowledge.

  • Experience working with 2D and 3D software.

  • The base salary for this position generally ranges between $$90,000 USD- $110,00 USD. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law.
