AS A QUALITY MANAGER, YOU:

• Participates in the development of new products, as well as their validation

• Validate new suppliers / Measurement of these

• Responsible for the Company's Quality Management system

• Effective communication with clients

• Corrective actions and monitoring of these internally, clients and suppliers

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, plus a minimum of 3 years of experience preferred, including leadership, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• English 100%

• Ability to analyze the production process.

• Experience and Knowledge of ISO 9001

• Ability to work effectively with various levels of the organization.

• Exceptional focus on customer service, including attention to producing quality results.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.

• Legal authorization to work in Mexico: Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 4:36 pm
